Reporting to the Directors the Bark Truck Operator is responsible for maintaining communication, managing time, and delegating tasks in order to keep helper working efficiently. The Bark Truck Operator is responsible for the installation of bark mulch at various locations, and properly filling out worksheets at each location. Overall providing superior customer service to all current and future Everett’s Landscape customers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee sits, stands, and uses hands, arms and fingers to perform routine tasks. Normal vision and hearing is required. At times, lifting of up to 100lbs. may be required. The duties of this job also require employee to pull, twist, turn and manauver while handling hoses.

The Bark Truck Operator’s time is spent in the field and on job sites or where the noise level can be loud, potential exposure to weather conditions such as rain, sleet, wind, and moderate heat.
Working in the field also entails possible exposure to airborne particles, possible electrical shock, possible gas leaks and working with machinery and heavy equipment with several moving parts.
The Bark Truck Operator is responsible for the installation of bark on scheduled job sites. Acting as a lead person, the Bark Truck Operator is responsible for delegating tasks to his/her helper in order to keep them working efficiently and reach application goals. Operator must maintain a professional appearance at all times, and provide superior customer service to all current and future Treesdale Landscape Company.
